Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing at a minimum one ERP integration.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Recruit, train, and develop the accounting team.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow.
- Develop and maintain financial budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize free cash flow and cash cycles.
- Identify gaps and implement automation/process improvements in financial systems.
- Ensure tax compliance and handle audit processes.
- Assist in financial integration activities, including ERP implementations.
- Execute account mapping and rollout of reporting/governance standards.
- Manage transition risks and purchase price allocations for new acquisitions.
