Responsibilities
- Prepare product listings, bundles, and promotions for Live Commerce shows.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock levels are configured before sessions.
- Upload and organise products within live selling platforms.
- Schedule shows according to the calendar and maintain a results tracker.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure inventory availability.
- Monitor and process cancellations and assist with customer inquiries.
- Compile post-session performance data and metrics.
- Document session outcomes for internal analysis.
