- Track record of owning features or products end-to-end
- Experience operating with incomplete information and scaling systems
- Early adopter/power user of AI coding tools
- Strong product judgment and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team standards
Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of major features for Ruby on Rails web and React Native mobile apps
- Own data and analytics infrastructure, including reporting and dashboards
- Partner with product and clinical leadership on roadmap and technical strategy
- Lead architecture and technical decision-making
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions
- Drive operational improvements through product initiatives
- Define team usage of AI coding tools
- Help shape engineering practices and team culture
