Requirements
- Understanding of cybersecurity ecosystems and Zero Trust principles.
- Familiarity with IAM systems, authentication, and authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA).
- Experience utilizing AI tools for research, writing, and synthesis.
- Ability to document workflows and product integrations.
- Strong communication skills for documenting customer value.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and endpoint security concepts.
- Knowledge of MDM tools like Jamf or Kandj.
- Comfort working with data, metrics, or SQL.
- Ability to think critically about security, privacy, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Device Trust product team in product delivery.
- Contribute to the discovery, definition, and execution of product initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams.
- Draft clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create FAQs and release notes to communicate customer value.
- Synthesize feedback from support, sales, and customers into actionable themes.
- Track and measure product outcomes and success metrics.
