Requirements
- 10+ years building production software, including several years leading and growing engineering teams.
- Impeccable, advanced English proficiency.
- Deep architecture experience across cloud (AWS/GCP), infrastructure, microservices, event-driven systems, and API design (REST/gRPC).
- Full-stack proficiency in modern web (React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript) and backend (Node, Python, Go).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agent harnesses.
- Solid grounding in data, analytics, pipelines, and data-driven products.
- Strong security focus integrated into architecture and reviews.
- Working knowledge of mobile delivery.
- Experience working remotely with US-based startups.
Responsibilities
- Own architecture, delivery quality, engineering culture, and talent growth.
- Define technical bar across web, backend, data, mobile, cloud, infrastructure, and security.
- Build a high-trust, outcome-driven engineering organization.
- Implement AI-assisted engineering and guardrails as a core discipline.
- Join strike teams for prototyping, stabilizing, and setting foundations for new projects.
- Partner with C-level stakeholders and represent the company in commercial and sales motions.
