Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Backend Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Linux administration and containerization.
- Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging in Kubernetes.
- 1–2+ years of experience with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain an enterprise-wide Agentic AI Developer Platform.
- Implement and operate platform components, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
- Collaborate with architects to translate platform designs into production-ready implementations.
- Manage the lifecycle of the platform including automation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Evaluate and integrate AI platforms, orchestration tools, and cloud-native services.
- Create abstractions and development standards to accelerate agent development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Work autonomously on complex technical initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve platform capabilities.
- Contribute to platform documentation and governance practices.
