Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning.
- 2-3+ years of experience with LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Scala, Python, Java, C++, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of ML best practices and algorithms (gradient boosted trees, neural networks).
- Experience building end-to-end ML or Agentic infrastructure.
- Experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, test-driven development, and incremental delivery.
- Exposure to high-scale software architectural patterns.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term ML technical vision and strategy for the Trust organization.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other ML and software engineers.
- Drive and deliver large-scale, multi-quarter ML initiatives across multiple teams.
- Build and improve cutting-edge ML models for product, business, and operational use cases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers and data scientists to drive engineering decisions.
- Hands-on develop, productionize, and operate ML models and pipelines at scale.
- Tackle fraud attacks via anomaly detection, continuous risk evaluation, and Agentic AI.
