Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio of end-to-end web and mobile design
- Fluent in Figma (component-based design, auto-layout, handoff)
- Experience with user-centered design, research, and usability testing
- Comfort using AI design tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor)
- Clear communication skills in English
- Technical literacy for local application testing and basic Git/terminal usage
- Experience with or interest in design systems
Responsibilities
- Lead design process from discovery to delivery
- Conduct user research and translate needs into solutions
- Create high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Build and contribute to design systems
- Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams
- Perform design QA and usability testing
- Contribute to design documentation and handoffs
