Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in the target language (Indonesian).
- Strong professional English proficiency.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
- Background in audio/video production, editing, film/video editing, journalism, news reporting, directing, broadcast operations, or media management.
- Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, and audience communication.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in the target language or English grounded in GCC operational contexts.
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments.
