Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations
- Minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Strong expertise in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Advanced hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, IAM)
- Proven ability to implement monitoring, alerting, incident management, and capacity planning
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps/SRE practices
- Experience building highly available and scalable production systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the reliability engineering lead within a cross-functional team
- Design, implement, and maintain highly automated systems
- Advocate for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling
- Identify and remediate risks across cloud infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical documentation and standards
- Research and implement tools to improve system resilience
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and support incident resolution
- Participate in on-call rotations and mentor junior engineers
