Requirements
- Proven experience in SIAM architecture, service integration, or IT service management within complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, service governance models, and enterprise-scale service delivery structures.
- Experience in designing and implementing service integration processes, tooling strategies, and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external providers, and client leadership.
- Experience in leading transformation or transition programs involving service onboarding or integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and presenting architectural solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the SIAM strategy aligned with client business objectives.
- Define and implement SIAM architecture, including governance models, processes, tooling configurations, and integration frameworks.
- Manage relationships across multiple service providers.
- Lead service integration activities such as transitions, onboarding, and service activation.
- Conduct e-bonding workshops and ensure end-to-end process alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies.
- Provide expert advisory support to stakeholders.
- Facilitate adoption of service management platforms and portals.
