Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data infrastructure administration or platform operations.
- Hands-on experience with modern platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of data governance, security frameworks, and access management.
- Knowledge of dbt, Airflow, Spark, or Terraform is highly desirable.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, security-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and govern enterprise data platforms with a focus on Snowflake environments.
- Manage data integration, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, and analytics components.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations for scalability and reliability.
- Implement data security controls including access governance, data masking, and identity provider integration.
- Automate operational processes using scripting and programming tools.
- Track infrastructure utilization and operational costs to maximize efficiency.
- Support data governance initiatives for quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve platform capabilities.
