  • Proven track record of driving expansion, renewal growth, and revenue retention
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies and disciplined account planning
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and forecasting accuracy
  • University degree preferred
  • Experience managing multi-product or SaaS-based solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver expansion ARR targets and renewal performance across a portfolio of assigned commercial accounts
  • Develop and execute structured account strategies focused on multi-product adoption
  • Lead complex negotiations and discovery conversations with multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Drive disciplined renewal planning and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and solutions teams
  • Identify commercial risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure seamless commercial transitions and handoffs
