Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, commercial sales, or similar roles
- Proven track record of driving expansion, renewal growth, and revenue retention
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with structured sales methodologies and disciplined account planning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and forecasting accuracy
- University degree preferred
- Experience managing multi-product or SaaS-based solutions
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver expansion ARR targets and renewal performance across a portfolio of assigned commercial accounts
- Develop and execute structured account strategies focused on multi-product adoption
- Lead complex negotiations and discovery conversations with multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Drive disciplined renewal planning and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, product, and solutions teams
- Identify commercial risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure seamless commercial transitions and handoffs
