Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer working on digital products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces and contributing to end-to-end product design workflows.
- Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design practices.
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, Information Systems, Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and evolution of digital products across web and mobile, ensuring usability, clarity, and strong user experience.
- Translate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct and support user experience research activities, validating hypotheses and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders within a multidisciplinary squad to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
- Participate in usability testing and behavioral analysis to continuously refine user journeys and product decisions.
- Ensure adherence to established design guidelines, accessibility standards, and visual consistency across all digital interfaces.
