Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in Cards Issuance and stablecoin payments
- Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Ability to understand API-driven products
- Deep understanding of card issuance and payment processing
- Deep understanding of Crypto/Stablecoin payments or banking-as-a-service (BaaS) models
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for Stablecoin-based fintech products
- Own the roadmap for new fintech products
- Build and scale embedded finance solutions including card issuance and Stablecoin payments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, legal, and compliance
- Execute and launch compliant financial products
- Conduct customer and market research
- Leverage data, analytics, and user insights to prioritize high-impact features
- Partner with banks, networks, and fintech companies to drive innovation
