- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and flow-based strategy.
- Excellent copywriting instincts for conversion-focused email.
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills in a high-volume environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills for client-facing calls.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy for client flow buildouts based on brand and audience.
- Write high-converting short-form email copy for six core flows.
- Lead and manage a team of 3+ designers and Klaviyo builders.
- Oversee end-to-end project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Lead onboarding calls and manage client feedback and approvals.
- Present strategic and creative direction to clients.
- Identify and qualify clients for full-service account management.
