Requirements
- 6+ years of professional backend development experience.
- Expert-level mastery of Python (3.12+), async/await, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2.
- Production experience building complex, distributed systems.
- Experience with durable workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal), message queues, or event-driven architectures.
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical designs.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others.
- Track record of delivering features in fast-paced production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve AI orchestration layer using Temporal, ReAct loops, pydantic-ai, and Claude.
- Manage full feature lifecycle from design through implementation and GitLab CI/CD deployment.
- Perform code reviews and write unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Maintain system observability and monorepo standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in Python and agentic design.
- Collaborate with product, design, and legal domain experts.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and roadmap discussions.
