- Knowledge of Cisco ISE and Cisco Meraki Wi-Fi
- Experience with SIEM and DLP
- Experience with Vulnerability Management
- Experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence
- Experience with Endpoint Protection
Responsibilities
- Oversee various technical processes
- Maintain relationships with high profile clients and stakeholders
- Adhere to best practices for technical operations reliability and security
- Provide 24/7/365 technical support
- Support infrastructure, network, and security management tasks
- Follow a DuPont shift pattern covering day and night shifts
