Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
- Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market.
- Experience in consultative, relationship-driven sales.
- Fundraising fluency and ability to develop investor narratives.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Deep accounting domain expertise.
- Hands-on experience managing close processes, tax preparation, workpapers, and client accounting services within CPA firms.
Responsibilities
- Refine the ICP, size-tiered pricing model, and product positioning.
- Lead pilots with managing partners and accounting operators at small-to-mid CPA firms.
- Convert leads to paid engagements and build a referral-led GTM motion.
- Partner with the FutureSight product/engineering team to ship V1.
- Lead the seed capital raise with network support.
- Recruit and lead the founding team.
- Establish the company's cultural foundation.
