Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or highly analytical corporate finance.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Solid understanding of accrual vs. cash, P&L, balance sheet structure, working capital, and revenue recognition.
- Ability to overlap meaningfully with U.S. time zones (EST/CST).
- Clear communication in English, both in writing and live.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed operating models (revenue, retention, pricing, headcount, cash flow).
- Design standardized financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and budget-versus-actuals frameworks.
- Own quarterly forecasting cadence: collect inputs, reconcile actuals, stress-test assumptions, and present findings.
- Partner with accounting teams to diagnose and fix data quality issues (chart of accounts, revenue recognition).
- Identify and repair logical gaps, circular references, and broken assumptions in inherited models.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis on unit economics, pricing, hiring ROI, and cash runway.
