Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA).
- Experience using clinical references such as PubMed and UpToDate.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for efficient medical content review, writing, and editing.
- Exceptional written communication skills to translate complex medical information into engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent.
- Comfortable managing deliverables across a variable, project-based schedule.
Responsibilities
- Research, draft, and edit clinical content for patients, providers, and general consumers.
- Create or refine scripts tied to diagnostic results and clinical care programs.
- Review and update existing content for clinical accuracy, health literacy, and guideline alignment.
- Support product detail pages, blog posts, and patient-facing care plan language.
- Conduct targeted literature reviews and telehealth industry research.
- Translate clinical requirements into clear program summaries or workflow visuals.
- Identify gaps in clinical documentation and recommend improvements.
- Develop training and reference materials for internal teams or healthcare providers.
