Requirements
- 8+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
- Deep proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Strong experience working with relational databases, specifically Postgres
- Proven experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications
- Practical, hands-on experience in AWS
- Experience using modern AI-assisted development workflows, specifically Claude Code
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the production version of the platform through hands-on development.
- Ship critical, high-impact features that directly influence the user experience.
- Translate product specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Optimize frontend and backend performance to ensure a lightning-fast onboarding experience.
- Integrate key third-party APIs for payments, analytics, and user messaging.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to keep the platform stable as we rapidly iterate.
- Establish and elevate engineering standards for the growing team around you.
