Requirements
- 6+ years as an ML Engineer with ML Ops experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying client-facing ML products.
- Expertise in building and optimizing machine learning models.
- Strong Python engineering skills.
- Proficiency with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Experience with third-party service integration and database interaction.
- Fluency in ML Ops tools for retraining, performance checking, and drift detection.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop ML models end-to-end: From understanding product requirements to training, evaluating, and deploying models in production.
- Integrate ML into the product ecosystem: Align with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers.
- Build the ML Ops framework: Create the infrastructure for the team to scale including drift detection and retraining pipelines.
- Put models into production with rigour: Implement robust quality assurance and continuous monitoring.
- Raise the bar for the team: Share best practices, contribute to tooling, and mentor peers.
