Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in consumer product design within an agile environment.
- Portfolio showcasing consumer product, ecommerce, and marketing design.
- Strong foundations in typography, interaction, visual design, and storytelling.
- Highly proficient with design and prototyping tools like Figma and Photoshop.
- Strong visual design craft.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership to define the patient portal experience.
- Explore divergent concepts and build iteratively toward a product vision.
- Develop user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create marketing assets like custom images and iconography.
- Provide creative and art direction to external partners such as photographers and videographers.
- Articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in workshops, brainstorming, and design thinking exercises.
