Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience
- Strong configuration experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
- At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO configuration, enhancement, and support activities
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirements
- Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting
- Support financial close processes (month-end/year-end)
- Develop functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects
- Ensure integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules
- Participate in testing, data validation, and user support
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
