Requirements
- 5–8 years of consulting experience in HR transformation, system integration, or enterprise technology delivery
- Strong experience with HCM, payroll, or workforce management systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholders
- Experience delivering or supporting HR/ERP system implementations
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to challenge constructively
- Ability to produce high-quality executive deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in both French and English
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR, payroll, time, and workforce management system implementations from discovery through to go-live
- Facilitate workshops with diverse and sometimes resistant stakeholder groups
- Translate business requirements into functional system design recommendations
- Produce clear, executive-level documentation and presentations for decision-making
- Advise clients as a functional expert with a strategic mindset
- Contribute to internal practice development through tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing
