Requirements

  • 5–8 years of consulting experience in HR transformation, system integration, or enterprise technology delivery
  • Strong experience with HCM, payroll, or workforce management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholders
  • Experience delivering or supporting HR/ERP system implementations
  • Strong advisory skills with the ability to challenge constructively
  • Ability to produce high-quality executive deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in both French and English

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle HR, payroll, time, and workforce management system implementations from discovery through to go-live
  • Facilitate workshops with diverse and sometimes resistant stakeholder groups
  • Translate business requirements into functional system design recommendations
  • Produce clear, executive-level documentation and presentations for decision-making
  • Advise clients as a functional expert with a strategic mindset
  • Contribute to internal practice development through tools, methodologies, and knowledge sharing
