Requirements
- Experience and ability to whiteboard solutions with customers.
- Strong consulting and business acumen.
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Application Modernization, Digital Transformation experience.
- Multiple certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Pro, AWS DevOps Engineer Pro, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, etc.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Platform core services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, Containers, Security, Identity).
- Experience with organizational adoption of transformational initiatives (Platform Engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Transformation).
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation.
- Experience with using and managing deployment services such as Harness, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience in programming with Java, Python or any development language.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
- Design and implement complex, mission-critical transformational enterprise grade technical solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop high quality deliverables and presentations for Client engineering teams and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Create and present solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations to clients’ senior leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain Technical Roadmaps and Innovation Plans.
- Develop and implement CI/CD solutions.
- Establish project estimates and plans, identify risks and mitigations, oversee development and delivery of technical solutions.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
