Requirements
- 6–10+ years production software engineering experience.
- 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
- Deep Python proficiency; strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
- Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements.
- Experience managing customer relationships and navigating security reviews.
- Deep production LLM experience including multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool-use, and RAG optimization.
- System architecture expertise across cloud infrastructure and AI services.
- Ability to create reusable technical assets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25–50% of the time.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end.
- Own the AI workshop program for your pod, customize modules, and lead technical sessions.
- Architect multi-agent solutions based on workflow and compliance requirements.
- Design client-specific and industry-specific MCP resource packs.
- Own and document Deployment Kit quality for non-engineering users.
- Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints to train consultants and partners.
- Drive the intelligence loop through strategic memos and field findings.
- Mentor junior FDEs on engagements and code reviews.
