Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a QA Engineer.
- 3+ years of proven experience in test automation across frontend and backend using Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in defining and driving test automation standards across teams.
- Experience mentoring QA engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end with clarity, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Act as a bar raiser, elevating quality and coding standards.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure balanced test coverage within the testing pyramid.
- Contribute to and evolve the overall testing strategy.
- Prepare and review test plans for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing, documenting and tracking defects.
- Participate in project kick-offs to anticipate risks and influence testability.
- Mentor and support teammates in automation practices.
