Requirements

- 2+ years of experience designing emails, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Understanding of email marketing principles and visual storytelling
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple design projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, ClickUp, and Slack
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, brand-aligned email templates and assets for campaigns and automated flows
- Design with a mobile-first mindset to ensure responsive, on-brand visuals
- Apply best practices in email design, keeping up with trends in layout, accessibility, and performance
- Partner with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Tech Specialists to execute creative briefs
- Translate strategy into polished, visually cohesive email designs
- Incorporate feedback promptly and deliver design revisions within 24 hours
- Conduct QA for all email designs across devices and platforms
- Refine designs based on campaign performance and user behavior
