Requirements
- Significant experience in operational procurement, supply chain execution, or materials management.
- Proven track record managing high-value, high-volume hardware procurement programs.
- Strong understanding of supply chain execution versus strategic sourcing.
- Experience managing global suppliers with complex delivery schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to escalate and resolve delivery risks under time pressure.
- Strong financial discipline with experience managing PO accuracy and invoice validation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, deployment, logistics, and finance teams.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to create and interpret performance dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.
Responsibilities
- Issue, manage, and track purchase orders (POs) for AI infrastructure components.
- Own operational supplier execution against committed delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier commits versus requested delivery dates and proactively identify gaps.
- Escalate delivery risks internally and externally to protect deployment timelines.
- Coordinate inbound logistics, shipment tracking, and site delivery schedules.
- Partner with datacenter deployment, infrastructure, and logistics teams.
- Track and manage supplier OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and alignment to budgets and POs.
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
