Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth roles with significant ownership of large-scale budgets.
- Proven track record of scaling Meta advertising accounts beyond $100K/day in spend while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, with strong working knowledge of Google Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of algorithmic behavior, including creative fatigue, CPM dynamics, audience saturation, and campaign structure optimization.
- Extensive experience in DTC or e-commerce environments, ideally within high-growth consumer brands.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make fast, high-impact decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in high-pressure client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring teams in a fast-paced growth or agency setting.
- Ability to operate with autonomy, speed, and accountability in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end growth strategy across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands, ensuring scalable and profitable performance across paid media channels.
- Lead aggressive scaling initiatives on Meta and other platforms, optimizing spend efficiency, creative output, and campaign architecture.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, balancing acquisition, retention, and margin optimization.
- Provide expert-level analysis of campaign performance, diagnosing issues across creative, audience, offer, landing page, and conversion funnels.
- Lead creative strategy in collaboration with internal creative teams, shaping high-performing concepts that drive scalable acquisition.
- Manage and advise senior client stakeholders, including founders and executives, on growth strategy, performance trade-offs, and scaling decisions.
- Build, mentor, and develop a team of paid media analysts and growth strategists into high-performing operators.
- Continuously refine media buying frameworks, testing structures, and scaling methodologies based on data-driven insights.
