- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Advisor at a bank/credit union
- Proven track record of originating at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all leads
- Valid Mortgage Broker license
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Close mortgage deals
- Manage client pipelines
- Guide clients through the application process
- Utilize proprietary auto-adjudication tools for underwriting
- Coordinate with in-house support for document gathering and appraisal bookings
