Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on commercial programming experience
- Proven ability to build projects end-to-end
- Daily experience with AI tools
- Independent problem-solving and ability to work without a spec
- Solid understanding of modern web stack (Next.js, server components, basic backend)
- Experience deploying to production
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Building AI-powered tools, automations, and experiments that directly impact marketing results
- Turning ideas into working solutions fast: landing pages, internal tools, growth experiments, brand deployments
- Working with LLMs daily (Claude, GPT, Cursor, etc.) - prompting, iterating, shipping
- Unifying multiple brands into one consistent technical ecosystem
- Eliminating manual work through automation
- Integrating AI into real marketing workflows: content production, campaign tooling, partner platforms
