Requirements
- 7+ years in technology infrastructure design and deployment roles.
- 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, endpoint compliance).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Purview, Entra ID).
- Understanding of identity and access management and cloud security principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions according to best practices.
- Manage enterprise collaboration solutions in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
- Lead migration and modernization projects, including tenant-to-tenant and hybrid transformations.
- Implement Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM solutions, including device enrollment and compliance policies.
- Execute modern endpoint transformation initiatives like Windows Autopilot and co-management.
- Deploy M365 E5 security solutions including Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
- Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions including Conditional Access and MFA.
- Act as technical lead on engagements and mentor junior consultants.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client IT staff.
