Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
  • 5+ years of international trade experience.
  • Broad knowledge of import trade compliance.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively tackle complex issues across departments.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to clients and executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Licensed Customs Broker preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle internal and external customer compliance trade requests.
  • Process documentation related to US imports.
  • Perform harmonized tariff advisory classifications.
  • File US Customs rulings and manage inquiries from US Customs.
  • Analyze and assist with Section 301 exclusion submissions.
  • Evaluate qualification for Free Trade Act and Country of Origin/Sourcing analysis.
  • Execute and oversee Post Summary Corrections and Prior Disclosures.
  • Conduct training, risk assessments, and internal audits.
  • Administer and file duty drawback claims.
  • Develop and support supply chain safety programs such as C-TPAT.
