Requirements

  • Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia
  • DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
  • Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
  • 5+ years of primary/urgent care experience
  • 1+ year experience delivering care in a community-based / in person setting

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (video, phone, messaging) while working with a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide supervision to a group of APPs (NPs and PAs) who are delivering care in a virtual environment and provide professional & clinical growth
  • Clinical escalation point for the care delivery team as needed (APPs, RNs, MAs)
  • Support development of clinical guidelines, continuous improvement of care model, and participate in collaborative projects with Operations and Product team members as a clinical leader
  • Be accountable for the quality of care of your patients
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
