Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams within procurement or sourcing functions.
- Proven experience supporting complex, high-value IT or technology-related deals.
- Strong background in enterprise sourcing, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring.
- Experience working in matrixed, fast-paced environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to own end-to-end commercial outcomes across the sourcing lifecycle (quote through renewal).
- MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or supply chain (preferred).
- Experience in managed services or technology services organizations (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking with exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven sourcing approaches (plus).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end procurement activities for Open Systems and Cloud client business, including quoting, renewals, pricing strategy, supplier engagement, and asset management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement pod responsible for revenue-supporting commercial outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on sourcing strategy, deal structuring, supplier risk, and commercial optimization.
- Drive complex deal execution, including pricing strategy, bid management, and margin optimization for enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with Vendor Management Office teams to ensure governance, compliance, and contract integrity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as cycle time, deal velocity, savings, and throughput.
- Continuously improve stakeholder experience across internal sales, solutioning, and client-facing teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and innovation, including the use of analytics and automation.
