Requirements
- 5.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery, with strong focus on Health Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features including patient data models, care management, and clinical workflows.
- Experience working with healthcare integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems.
- Strong ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex debugging and integration scenarios.
- Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or solution architecture roles.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including care plans, patient profiles, assessments, and health timelines.
- Translate healthcare and business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures and technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, following Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions, solution architecture, and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and healthcare standards.
- Ensure secure, compliant implementations aligned with industry requirements such as HIPAA and healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7, EHR).
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews, technical direction, and best practice recommendations.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and release management activities across environments.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.
