Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in offensive security assessments or red team operations.
- Strong understanding of modern attack techniques and adversary tactics.
- Experience using AI and LLM technologies for security testing.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java preferred).
- Advanced expertise with Burp Suite Pro and offensive security toolsets.
- Strong knowledge of application security principles and secure coding.
- Experience with threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews.
- Familiarity with bug bounty and vulnerability management.
- Understanding of SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA tooling.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead offensive security assessments through penetration testing and adversary emulation.
- Collaborate on purple team exercises to strengthen detection and incident response.
- Leverage AI and LLM technologies to enhance offensive security workflows.
- Manage bug bounty activities including triage and remediation guidance.
- Conduct threat modeling and security risk assessments.
- Partner with IR teams to investigate application security events.
- Contribute to secure software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and provide secure architecture guidance.
- Mentor security engineers and developers.
