Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project or implementation management roles.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS or AI platform implementations in client-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with SOWs, budgeting, resourcing, and project commercials.
- Background in insurance, financial services, technology implementation, or consulting is strongly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments requiring autonomy and accountability.
- Willingness to work EST/CST hours and travel occasionally when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of enterprise AI and SaaS implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful project closure.
- Translate client objectives and business requirements into detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Client Success to ensure aligned execution and timely delivery.
- Manage relationships with executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and proactive issue resolution.
- Oversee scope, schedule, and budget management while identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive governance of project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, change management, and optimization of delivery methodologies.
