Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles within digital or software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience in managing client-facing projects, including communication, expectation management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and scope in complex technical environments.
- Experience with project management tools and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and define mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure successful delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to closure, while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline control.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and high-quality customer service.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) and support Scrum/Kanban delivery practices.
- Identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers while ensuring smooth team execution.
- Monitor team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project health, escalating risks when needed.
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly status reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Promote continuous improvement using a servant leadership approach and support team efficiency and collaboration.
