Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of IT project management or Agile delivery experience in medium-complexity environments.
- Experience managing SaaS, COTS, or enterprise IT solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor deliverables, and project metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Certification in Agile or project management (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in large, global, or decentralized organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, Jira boards, and project artifacts to support team execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and trade-offs, ensuring clear visibility and timely resolution.
- Provide clear, concise status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and business partners in a distributed environment.
- Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness activities.
- Contribute to improvements in Agile delivery processes, governance, and portfolio management practices.
