Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of IT project management or Agile delivery experience in medium-complexity environments.
  • Experience managing SaaS, COTS, or enterprise IT solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendor deliverables, and project metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Certification in Agile or project management (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in large, global, or decentralized organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Agile and hybrid IT projects from initiation through delivery and closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, forecasts, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, Jira boards, and project artifacts to support team execution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business sponsors, IT leaders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and trade-offs, ensuring clear visibility and timely resolution.
  • Provide clear, concise status reporting and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and business partners in a distributed environment.
  • Support release planning, change management, and adoption readiness activities.
  • Contribute to improvements in Agile delivery processes, governance, and portfolio management practices.
