Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, MarTech strategy, content operations, or technology leadership
- Deep hands-on experience with MarTech ecosystems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Workfront, DAM, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to design and scale enterprise content workflows, governance models, and operational frameworks
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional or matrixed teams
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide change management
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery, product lifecycle management, and UX-driven design principles
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into workflow and experience improvements
- Experience applying AI or automation technologies to improve content operations and efficiency
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide MarTech content and workflow strategies aligned to digital product and experience goals
- Own and evolve core platforms (AEM, Aprimo, Workfront, DAM), ensuring integration across the broader MarTech ecosystem
- Lead development of standardized workflows, governance models, and content operating frameworks
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities for content optimization, automation, and decisioning support
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, UX, and engineering to align roadmaps and execution
- Oversee data-driven performance measurement, ensuring workflows improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
- Mentor and develop teams, establishing strong operational discipline and delivery excellence
