Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, AI platform development, or related technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications or services in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and AI service development.
- Experience designing and deploying AI/ML services using Azure, Anthropic, or vector databases.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into customer-facing web applications or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with scalable SaaS application architectures and API integration patterns.
- Familiarity with relational databases and secure data access concepts.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10%).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reusable AI platform services and infrastructure components.
- Implement AI capabilities that enhance customer-facing digital platforms and SaaS applications.
- Build and maintain a centralized AI Service Layer for model consumption.
- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure enterprise data is accessible and optimized for AI.
- Support scalable multi-tenant SaaS deployment models and platform scalability.
- Define scalable AI integration standards and reusable development patterns.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including DevOps, Backend, and UI/UX.
