  • Proven experience editing for DTC brands, eCommerce companies, or performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in short-form and long-form video editing for digital platforms
  • Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling through editing, and conversion-driven creative structure
  • Experience creating captions, formatting content for multiple platforms, and ensuring delivery readiness
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent editing quality across multiple projects
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet fast-paced deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives is required

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into high-performing short-form and long-form video ads for DTC and eCommerce campaigns
  • Optimize video content for multiple platforms, ensuring correct formatting, pacing, and export specifications
  • Maintain consistent editing style, pacing, and visual quality across all deliverables
  • Organize, manage, and maintain editing project files, raw footage, and version control systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand direction
  • Support rapid content iteration by producing fast, high-quality edits based on performance feedback
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines with minimal revisions and high production standards
