Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form direct-response videos for DTC brands.
- Proven experience with direct-response copywriting.
- Proficiency in professional video-editing software (CapCut Pro or Premiere Pro).
- Experience with AI video tools such as HeyGen, Captions AI, Hedra, Veo 3.
- Experience with AI image tools like Krea, Midjourney, Flux Kontext Pro.
- Experience with AI audio tools like ElevenLabs.
- Strong conversational and written English skills.
- Ability to work with high autonomy.
- Rapid learner excited by AI tools and social media trends.
- High attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Produce a consistent volume of approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day.
- Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions for bonus earnings.
- Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts.
- Manage daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines without supervision.
- Master new AI tools and editing techniques rapidly.
- Ensure video quality meets standards to minimize revisions.
- Maintain proactive communication with founders and executive team.
- Train and onboard future AI video editors.
