Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mentality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to support customers and team members in European timezones.
- Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and search/index concepts.
- Familiarity with debugging tools (browser developer tools, Postman, logs).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, server/client contexts, and HTTP.
- Familiarity with open source libraries and JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand integration needs and assist through the onboarding process.
- Provide expert guidance on integrating with APIs and utilizing open source libraries.
- Resolve technical challenges and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
- Configure product catalogs including uploading data, facets, searchabilities, and sort orders.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical resources.
- Document customer interactions and solutions to improve documentation and onboarding.
