Requirements
- 4+ years shipping production ML systems.
- Experience with search, information retrieval, or recommendation systems.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and scaling LLM deployments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
- Fluency in SQL.
- Experience with data orchestration tools such as Spark and Airflow.
- Experience designing and running A/B tests.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune LLMs for relevance judgment.
- Implement real-time quality features including reranking, filtering, and signal computation.
- Develop automated quality monitoring pipelines to detect degradations.
- Build agentic systems to generate actionable recommendations for search configurations.
- Analyze query logs to identify underperforming patterns.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate model impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ranking, product, and data engineering.
