Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on CRM administration and development experience.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot native integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Ability to use AI tools daily as a force multiplier.
- Working level knowledge of JavaScript for custom code workflows.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of working directly with revenue leaders as internal customers.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Operational judgment to translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage configuration, workflows, custom objects, and permissions across Sales, Service, and Marketing Hub Enterprise.
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and adjacent business systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Drive adoption and build training materials for Sales, CX, and Marketing teams.
- Lead CRM data migration, reconciliation, and establish data integrity standards.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate CRM tasks, data hygiene, and internal automation.
- Maintain system governance, documentation, and change approval processes.
- Manage relationships with consulting partners and align HubSpot roadmap with business needs.
